Confucius Institute in Coquitlam, associated with Marquis Lung Northern Shaolin Kung Fu Academy, is now providing traditional Kung Fu course. This Northern Shaolin Style class will teach you traditional hand forms, weapon forms, sparring and self-defence. It will help you gain physical and mental strength, develop self-confidence and discipline.

Background
Started learning Eagle Claw Kung Fu at age 8. Cross-trained in Tae Kwon Do, Arnis, Jiu-Jitsu and other martial arts. Focussed on My Jong Law Horn Kung Fu in mid-twenties. Has been with Marquis Lung Kung Fu Academy since 2001.
